This multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will contain on ramp provisions to adjust the available pool of Vendors. After the second annual review is complete, the Contracting Officer will make the determination whether it is in the best interest of the Government to “reissue” a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the purposes of adding BPA Vendors. The Government is under no obligation to solicit or establish additional BPAs.
