Contractor will be employed by District as a Bi-lingual School Psychologist, responsible for working with students who need bi-lingual evaluations. Because of Contractor's expertise and knowledge in areas of school psychology for students who are non-native speakers, District wishes to retain her services as an independent contractor due to skill needed to complete bi• lingual evaluations. Contractor is willing to perform such services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
