EXHIBIT 10.10 OMEROS CORPORATION SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT This Second Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of December 30, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Dr. Gregory A. Demopulos (“Employee”) and Omeros Corporation, a Washington corporation (the “Company”), and amends and restates in its entirety the Employment Agreement between Employee and the Company dated as of December 11, 2001, as amended and restated on June 15, 2005, and the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement between Employee and the Company dated as of December 12, 2006. 1.
