The United Parcel Service (UPS) is proposing to route triple-trailer trucks between the Westmark site at 2215 NW West Union Road in Hillsboro, Oregon and US Highway 26. This letter presents an overview of the proposed truck activity on the adjacent roadway network for purposes of obtaining an over-dimension permit from Washington County. This letter also includes an evaluation of truck impacts on NW West Union Road as requested by County staff in a September 24, 2019 email.
