Comcast High-Speed 2go service (“Service”) will be provided to you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) on the terms and conditions set forth in this Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) by the operating company subsidiary of Comcast Corporation that owns and/or operates the cable television system in your area (“Comcast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and in any applicable Tariff(s) on file with the Federal Communications Commission(“FCC”), state utility commission or other comparable state agency. For purposes of this Agreement, “affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Comcast Corporation. This Agreement does not apply to other services offered by Comcast Corporation or its affiliates, including, but not limited to, cable television service, Comcast High-Speed Internet service, and Comcast Digital Voice Service.
