This Permanent Utility Easement Agreement (this “Agreement”) is effective as of the day of , 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between Residential Alternatives of Illinois, Inc. (“Grantor”) and the City of Rochelle, an Illinois municipal corporation (“Grantee”).
