day of , 2013 is made by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California, (“County”), THE NATURE CONSERVANCY, a District of Columbia non-profit corporation, (“Conservancy”), and THE ORANGE COUNTY PARKS FOUNDATION, a California public benefit corporation, (“Foundation”). The County, Conservancy and the Foundation may individually be referred to herein as a “Party,” or collectively as the “Parties.”
