ChengHolin as part of its business activities designs and manufactures telematics components for use with tracking and monitoring solutions. C. 2-Track and ChengHolin wish to collaborate on a Project to further develop the CONDOR technology by developing a solution for tracking primarily Fleet vehicle and associated assets known as “CONDOR FMS” as more particularly described in Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
