By signing this agreement, release and discharge (“Agreement”) below, I hereby acknowledge, represent, warrant and agree to and with the Ah Haa School for the Arts and The American Academy of Bookbinding and both of their respective officers, agents employees and related persons and entities (collectively, “Ah Haa”), that I am either over the age of 18 or the legal guardian, parent or authorized representative of any person under 18 and, in consideration of (i) the services and use of facilities offered by Ah Haa; (ii) the rate charged therefor; and (iii) and the right to engage as a participant in the above-referenced activity, class or program (the “Course”), I hereby acknowledge, agree, promise, and covenant to and with Ah Haa, and release, and discharge Ah Haa on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and/or estate (collectively referenced below as “I”, “me”, “my”, or “myself”, etc.) as follows:
