This is an agreement between you and First Choice Power and its affiliates (collectively, “First Choice Power”), which governs your use of the First Choice Power Mobile Wallet application (“Mobile Wallet”), on your Apple Wallet, Google Pay app, or any other applicable mobile wallet payment service (“Mobile Wallet Service”), which is provided as a convenient, alternative way to pay and interact with your First Choice Power account via mobile access.
