Name of the agreement: Quotation Agreement Language Parties: Seller and Broker List Subject: The purpose of the license language of the quotation contract is to have the seller grant the broker the rights necessary for the broker to use the list content, which includes but is not limited to the following elements: pictures, pictures, graphics, video recordings, virtual tours, drawings, written descriptions, observations, narratives and pricing information, and any other protective element related to the property (“Register Content”). The Listing Agreement Language also authorizes the broker to list the property in the MLS and allow MLS to make the IDX lists available to other brokers. Without a license, the use of the broker of any List Content whose seller exercises the property or control may constitute violation, and the granting of the rights broker to an MLS will be invalid.
