This Managed Services Partner Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Master Software License and Sub- scription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between AvePoint Public Sector, Inc., a Virginia Corporation, with offices at 2111 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 920, Arlington, VA 22201, USA (“AvePoint”), and your company or entity, using certain of AvePoint’s SaaS Solutions (“Customer”). Each party hereto shall be referred to as “Party”; collectively, the “Parties”.
