I, (print name) consignor # agree to allow the Posh Whale Upscale Sale to sell any or all items that I bring for consignment to this sale. I understand that I will be paid 50% of the selling price and that a $15 consigner fee and a supply fee ($5 for every 100 items) will be deducted from my check. I understand that any items I do not pick up the Saturday after the sale will be donated. All items that plan to be donated will be marked 50% off for the discount day.
