This Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) specifies the rights and obligations between East West Bank (“Bank,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and you (“you” or “your”) regarding the issuance and use of the East West Bank UnionPay Prepaid Card (“Prepaid Card”) as provided for in this Agreement. By activating the Card you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time.
