Welcome to the ISU Research Park Co-working Launch Space! This document serves as an application for membership in the ISU Research Park Co-working Launch Space (the “Launch Space”) located within the ISU Research Park facilities at 2325 N. Loop Dr. and 1805 Collaboration Place, Suite 1300, Ames, IA 50010 (the “Facilities”). This document also serves as an agreement (the “Agreement”) that describes the services ISU Research Park Corporation provides you and your company (collectively “you” or “your”) in exchange for a purchase of a membership (“Membership”) in the Launch Space.
