THIS ACCESS AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between Agua Fria Union High School District (the “Owner”) and the United States of America, acting by and through the Secretary of the Air Force or his or her authorized delegate (“Government”). The Owner and Government are sometimes collectively referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
