All new residential construction permits as well as other projects as determined by the Building Official require the following items to be in place prior to the scheduling of the first construction inspection. All items below will be verified with by a Site Development Inspection. Applicants must agree/initial to provide for concrete washout, toilet facility, erosion control, and select an option for dumpster.
