This Agreement is by and between Town of Corte Madera (hereinafter “TCM”) and the Town of San Anselmo (hereinafter “TSA”), collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The 2020 Preventative Maintenance Progec (TCM Project #20-004) shall also be referred to as the “Project” and/or “Slurry Seal Project.” This Agreement becomes effective on the date the Parties fully execute it.
