This Cooperative Agreement for the Use of Rescue Vehicles (the “Agreement”) is made between the City of North Las Vegas, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“CNLV”) and the City of Las Vegas, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (“CLV”) and is effective as of the date it is executed by all parties.
