Thank you for selecting the Services offered by Total Management. Please review these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) thoroughly. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and/or your company (“Customer”) and Total Management, also known as GP Software, LLC (hereto referred to by “Total Management”). By indicating that you have, “Read and agreed to the Terms of Service,” on the Total Management free trial page; or by submitting your payment information in the Total Management software; or by accessing or using the Total Management Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to this Agreement, then do not indicate acceptance of the Agreement, and do not use the Services
