This Stipulation and Agreement of Compromise, Settlement and Release, including all exhibits hereto (“Stipulation” or “Settlement”), is made and entered into as of the 3rd day of April 2018, by and between the parties (the “Parties”) to the action Doppelt, et al. v. Windstream Holdings, Inc., et al., C.A. No. 10629-VCS (the “Action”), pending before the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware (the “Court” or the “Court of Chancery”), by their respective undersigned counsel, subject to the approval of the Court.
