This Intergovernmental Agreement to Disburse HRSA Grant Monies to Increase COVID-19 Vaccine Access, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, is made and entered into between the Board of County Commissioners of Gunnison County, hereinafter referred to as “Gunnison County” or “Grant Recipient”, and the Board of County Commissioners of Ouray County, hereinafter known as “Grant Sub-Recipient”, which are organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado, and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
