This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions on which BUSINESS NAME (“BUSINESS NAME”) purchases Services worldwide from the vendor of such Services (“Vendor”). This Agreement is entered into as of the Effective Date set forth on the signature page below by and between BUSINESS NAME and the Vendor.
