As the Owner or Lessee, hereafter “Vendor”, of the equipment listed in this Agreement, I or my designee hereby agree to operate said equipment for the purpose of Snow and Ice control when and so directed by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Highway Division (MassDOT).
