This Amendment No. II is entered into by and between the City of Flagstaff, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (“City”) and Enterprise Leasing Company of Phoenix, LLC d/b/a Enterprise Rent-A- Car, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessee”), and amends the Rental Car Concession/Lease Agreement dated February 1, 2011, as previously amended by Amendment No. I dated April 18, 2014 (hereafter referred to as the “Lease”).
