This Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of April 1, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between uConnect, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 281 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts (“uConnect”), and the University of North Texas (“Customer”). Each of uConnect and Customer may also be referred to as a “Party” herein and together as the “Parties.”
