To reserve the studio, a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. Without a prepaid, non-refundable deposit, a reservation will not be made. Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 3 business days prior to reserved day. Any reservation cancelled, or date changed, 2 business days or less before the reserved start date will be charged the remaining balance of the rental to the card provided on this form. Cyc wall is provided as is unless fresh paint is requested and paid for. If a vehicle is driven onto the cyc wall, a $50 charge will be added to cover painting over the tire tracks. No painting of the cyc wall is allowed by lessee. By signing and returning this form, you agree to allow PPR to charge your card for fees associated with rental of the studio.
