This Interconnection Agreement for Net Energy Metering (NEM) for a Renewable Electric Generating Facility of 1,000 kW or Less, Except Solar Or Wind Facilities of 30 kW or Less, and Virtual Net Energy Metering (NEMV) of a Renewable Electric Generating Facility of 1,000 kW or Less (Agreement)1 is entered into by and between (Customer-Generator), and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), a California Corporation. Customer-Generator and PG&E are sometimes also referred to in this Agreement jointly as “Parties” or individually as “Party.” In consideration of the mutual promises and obligations stated in this Agreement and its attachments, the Parties agree as follows:
