This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this First day of August, 2017, by and between The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston on behalf of its Department of Children’s Learning Institute (CLI) at Developmental Pediatrics (“University”), an agency of the State of Texas and governed by the Board of Regents of The University of Texas System (“System”), and _Webb County Commission’s Court (“Contractor”).
