Any amendment or addendum to this EULA may accompany the Software and, in such case, such amendment or addendum shall be an integral part of this EULA. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA, BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE.
