This contract aims at giving context and structure to our home swap agreement between the two contracting parties. Each party agrees to lend their property to the other party during a determined period, according to the terms and conditions appearing in this agreement. Both parties agree to exchange their homes and on no account will any economic transaction be carried out. This exchange is based on mutual confidence from both contracting parties and each one agrees to take care of the other’s home as if it were their own.
