This deposit shall be placed with an international first class bank nominated by the Sellers and held by them in a joint interest bearing account for the Sellers and the Buyers, to be released in accordance with joint written instructions of the Sellers and the Buyers. Interest, if any, to be credited to the Buyers. Any fee charged for holding the said deposit and any closing meeting fees shall be borne equally by the Sellers and the Buyers. 3. Payment The said ninety (90) percent balance of Purchase Price in full and any other agreed money due in accordance with this Agreement, will be remitted by the Buyers or Buyers’ financiers by Swift Message 103/199 directly to Sellers’ nominated international first class bank with value date not later than two (2) banking days prior to the expected date of delivery of the Vessel. This ninety (90) percent balance of Purchase Price and any other agreed money shall be paid/released in full free of bank charges to the Sellers’ account with Sellers
