The School Board shall permit school equipment to be loaned to individuals or groups when reasonable and appropriate, and does not impede the educational process. The Superintendent/designee shall develop written agreements to be completed by the borrower (staff or student) ensuring that equipment is returned in the same condition in which it was borrowed. Said agreements will specify the borrower’s liability and financial responsibility for the borrowed equipment.
