We refer to the Grant Agreement, dated November 7, 2007, as amended through April 18, 2008 and October 15, 2008 (the “Grant Agreement”) for the above-mentioned Trust Fund between the Operation Wallacea Trust (the “Recipient”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development/International Development Association (the “World Bank”), acting as administrator of grant funds provided by the Government of Canada, acting through the Canadian International Development Agency (the “Donor”), for the above-captioned project, and to your letter, dated March 14, 2011, requesting (i) the increase of the Grant amount; (ii) reallocation of Grant proceeds; (iii) restatement of description of existing activities; (iv) changes in monitoring, reporting and evaluation; (v) changes in procurement requirements; and (vi) extension of closing date. The World Bank is pleased to inform you that, after due consideration, it has concurred with your request and accordingly agreed to amend the Grant Agre
