THIS AMENDMENT, entered into this 21st day of July, 2011, by and between THE SCHOOL BOARD OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter referred to as “Board,” and CLARKE JACKSONVILLE AUDITORY/ORAL CENTER, hereinafter referred to as the “Contracted School.”
