The provision of all consulting and professional services and products by United Parcel Service, Inc., an Ohio corporation (“UPS Customer Solutions”) is governed by the Client Agreement entered between UPS Customer Solutions and the customer identified thereon (“Client”), which includes without limitation these General Terms and Conditions (the “General Terms”), any Applicable Terms and Conditions, all Order Forms entered between UPS Customer Solutions and Client, the Jurisdiction- Specific Terms Appendix as applicable, and all schedules, exhibits, and addenda to any of the foregoing. These General Terms are hereby incorporated into and made subject to the Client Agreement entered between UPS Customer Solutions and Client. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Client Agreement.
