This Joint Powers Agreement hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” is made between Independent School District 531, Independent School District 252, Independent School District 533, Independent School District 294, Independent School District 499, Independent School District 497, Independent School District 256, Independent School District 500, Independent School District 534., These school districts and those listed in (Exhibit A) are collectively referred to as the “PartiesMembers.” The PartiesMembers are governmental units of the State of Minnesota. This Agreement is made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 471.59
