This Non-Reimbursable Space Act Agreement (SAA) is made and entered into by and between BPD and NASA GSFC, located in Greenbelt, MD for the purpose of cooperation as it relates to the deployment and securing of NASA Critical Infrastructure associated with the James Webb Space Telescope Project, located at Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) for the mutual benefit of both parties. For planning purposes, James Webb Space Telescope NASA Critical Infrastructure located at STScI are located on the 1st and 3rd floor of the facility (Technical Document A & B specify the exact locations) located in the building (the “Facility”) at 3700 San Martin Drive, Baltimore, MD 21218.
