The City of Lavonia has enacted a Water Leak Protection Program. A copy of that Water Leak Protection Program is available at the City Hall. The purpose of that Water Leak Protection Program is to minimize the extraordinary costs associated with a water leak from pipes located on property belonging to the water customer.
