Accuride and its Affiliates are collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Company.” As a result, the Board has decided to offer to you the special package of benefits described below. Please sign the extra copy of this Severance and Retention Agreement (the “Agreement”) which is enclosed and return it to me. This Agreement represents the sole right you have to severance and supersedes all previous discussions regarding severance.
