The City issued a Call for Proposals (the "CFP"), attached as Schedule C, which closed on April 15, 2019, with respect to Temporary Parklets. Following a review of the submissions in response to the CFP, the City selected the Proponent to design, produce, install and repair a Temporary Parklet, The City and the Proponent now wish to set out the terms relating to the Proponent’s design, production, installation and repair of the Temporary Parklet
