This agreement is made pursuant to K.S.A. 72-8230 et seq., and K.S.A. 12-2901 et seq., as amended. It is made with the sincere desire of all cooperating school districts to work together for the mutual benefit of the children we serve and we the undersigned hereby and herein formally join together in an atmosphere of trust and confidence to continue an educational cooperative, a separate entity known as Keystone Learning Services, doing business as the Northeast Kansas Education Service Center, Interlocal #608, hereinafter referred to as Keystone.
