We (hereinafter referred to as “Second Party”) as the second party of the Agreement agree to renew the Agreement and the Offer automatically from the expiration date of the Offer, and we express our approval of the collaboration with TajerMart in TM program (hereinafter referred to as “First Party”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the company.
