Exhibit 10.46EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENTAGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of January 1, 2012, between Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (“Advance” or the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Jimmie L. Wade (the “Employee”).The Company and the Employee agree as follows:1.Position; Term of Employment. The Company agrees to employ the Employee subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
