This COOPERATION AGREEMENT (Anaheim West Tower Second Floor Remodel) (“Agreement”) dated as of January 1, 2018 (“Date of Agreement”), is entered into by and between the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a charter city and California municipal corporation (“City”), and the ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY, a public body, corporate and politic (“Authority”). Each of City and Authority is a “Party” under this Agreement.
