This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of Georgetown, a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas (“Utility”) and Williamson County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (hereinafter called “Licensee”) executed by the parties to be effective as of January 7, 2013 (the “Effective Date”).
