This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Dallas Independent School District (the “District” or “Dallas ISD”) and Texas Tech University on behalf of its College of Education (“TTU”) on this 1st day of August, 2020 or upon final execution. Dallas ISD and TTU may be referred to throughout individually as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
