This Municipal Solid Waste and Recyclable Collection and Disposal Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into this day of , 2024, by and between the Town of McCordsville, Indiana, an Indiana municipal corporation, whose address is 6280 Vail Road, McCordsville, Indiana 46055 (hereinafter referred to as "Town") and Priority Waste Indiana, LLC, d/b/a Priority Waste, an Indiana limited liability company, whose address is 45000 River Ridge Dr., Suite 200, Clinton Township, Michigan 48038 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). Collectively, Town and Contractor may be referred to as Party or Parties.
