In recognition of the fact that gun handling, shooting and self-defense training have the potential to be inherently dangerous activities, and in consideration of Erik Utrecht, MDFI Training, LLC, and the VENUE allowing me to participate in the CLASS conducted on the above-signed date, do hereby, for myself, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns release MDFI Training, the VENUE, their owners, agents, employees, sub-contractors, families, and estates from any and all liability claims accruing to me as a result of the firearms instruction in the CLASS.
