This Lease Agreement (“Lease”) is entered into on July 1, 2022, by and between the Town of Mammoth Lakes, a municipal corporation (“Lessor”), and MONO COUNTY LIBRARY AUTHORITY, a special district of the State of California (“Lessee”). Lessee and Lessor may be referred to in this Lease individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
